If many years ago, when the first smart gadgets appeared, Internet traffic on the phone consumes very little resources, in the current times the new high performance phones are increasingly consumption of the internet. This can be a real problem especially if you are an internet addict.
First of all, you need to know that internet consumption when accessing different pages or applications, either when downloading certain files, depends directly on the type of phone you own. If you own a last-minute smartphone, which does not mean that when using the internet, it will use many megabits, just as such a cheap gadget does not provide a low consumption. There is not a pure recipe depending on which you could buy a mobile phone as modern and performing as possible, for a lower consumption. Instead, you can access Internet pages and applications in a more balanced way to prevent total energy consumption, especially when it has a limit.
First, I recommend that you test your phone for each of the applications and pages that you access frequently. You have the chance that your mobile data provider will not instantly display actual consumption, but it will record over time. Depending on this, you can find out which apps are using the most internet and that you should avoid when you do not have a lot of Internet available.
At the same time, make sure that every time you complete an operation or after a particular application is not useful, do not put it on the tab and allow it to continue running. Automatically, this also leads to internet consumption. Internet consumption can take place even when you do not directly use an application. For example, there are backdoor applications that use Internet traffic to keep up-to-date with the news on the platforms you use, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, etc.
The first option to prevent unnecessary use is to disconnect from these platforms or better, close your mobile data. This ensures that no application can use the data traffic that it consumes unnecessarily and helps you save the internet for the really needed moments.
And, if we were talking about apps, you should know that usually all these Messenger applications have relatively little data consumption. If you exclusively use the web page to access different sites, then it is recommended to replace this operation with specialized applications that have been specially optimized not to consume the Internet, or in some cases the mobile data provider itself can provide you, for free, the access to them.
